7 companies on the AI hiring software map.

These are the networks where candidates already are: job sites and career networks. They sell employers job posts and access to profiles. Now they also sell AI that searches, matches and contacts candidates.

LinkedIn sells Hiring Assistant, which it calls its first AI agent for recruiters. Indeed's Talent Scout suggests matching candidates. Handshake covers early-career hiring, and Dice and ClearanceJobs serve tech and security-cleared talent.

## Hiring networks and job platforms

- [Indeed](https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/companies/indeed.md): Indeed is the job site owned by Recruit Holdings that sells sponsored job ads, resume search and screening to employers; "3.5M+ Employers use Indeed to hire." Its employer AI now includes Talent Scout, a conversational hiring agent; Sourcing Assistant, which finds and invites candidates from more than 380 million sourceable profiles; and Smart Screening, which gives each applicant a 0 to 100 Smart Fit Score against the employer's criteria. Glassdoor merged into Indeed in July 2026. It does not sell an HRIS. On the map: https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/#co-indeed
- [LinkedIn Talent Solutions](https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/companies/linkedin-talent-solutions.md): "LinkedIn Recruiter + Hiring Assistant: Hire top talent with our recruiting platform and agentic AI." LinkedIn sells Recruiter seats, job posts and the Hiring Pro small-business plan to employers and staffing firms. Hiring Assistant, an add-on to Recruiter, turns a hiring goal into searches across a network of 1B+ members, drafts outreach, sends prescreening questions and reviews applicants. Recruiters choose which projects it works on and stay in control. It does not sell an ATS or HRIS. On the map: https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/#co-linkedin-talent-solutions
- [ZipRecruiter](https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/companies/ziprecruiter.md): "A leading online employment marketplace" that sells job ads, a Resume Database of more than 50 million job seekers and candidate matching to "businesses of all sizes." It says it is "leveraging AI to strengthen our active matchmaking," and Smart Outreach (June 2026) turns a job description into a personalized message series of up to three messages. It also offers job search apps in ChatGPT and Claude. It does not sell an ATS; resumes export to an ATS by webhook. On the map: https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/#co-ziprecruiter
- [ClearanceJobs](https://about.clearancejobs.com/): "Find security-cleared talent, fast." ClearanceJobs is DHI Group's career network for people with active US security clearances, sold to defense contractors and government agencies, with about 2 million registered candidates and 1,805 hiring companies. Recruiters search with IntelliSearch, message and automate outreach with Workflow. In 2025 it bought AgileATS, an applicant tracking system for government contractors that DHI says adds AI-powered features. Its AI is thin next to peers: no named AI agent or 2025 to 2026 AI launch appears on its own feature log. On the map: https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/#co-clearancejobs
- [Dice](https://www.dice.com/hiring): "Find and hire qualified AI and tech talent, faster." Dice is DHI Group's career marketplace for technology professionals, with 8.5 million tech profiles that recruiters and staffing firms search and post jobs to. Its September 2025 Employer Experience added an AI Job Description Generator, an AI Boolean Enhancer and automated talent alerts, and in Q2 2026 an AI Applicant Score that ranks every applicant. A June 2026 MCP server lets ChatGPT and Claude users search Dice jobs. It does not sell an ATS, interviewing or HRIS. On the map: https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/#co-dice
- [Handshake](https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/companies/handshake.md): "The career network for the AI economy." Handshake is the early-career hiring network, with 25 million job seekers, 1,600+ university partners and employers including 97% of the Fortune 500. Employers post jobs free and pay for Pro and Enterprise, where Hiring Intelligence sources candidates, sends personalized outreach on the employer's behalf and adds AI fit signals to applicant review. A second business, Handshake AI, pays a network of experts and students ("188k+ fellows") for remote projects that train and evaluate AI models. - [Wellfound](https://www.newsprint.com/research/hiring-software/companies/wellfound.md): "The AI recruiting platform for startups." Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent) sells startups three hiring products. Jobs is free job posting with a built-in ATS. Reach is self-serve AI sourcing: agents run around the clock, search 10M+ opted-in candidates and 500M+ external profiles, draft tailored outreach and send it from the recruiter's own inbox. Autopilot is a managed service where a human recruiter, backed by AI search, delivers 5 to 10 ready-to-talk candidates a week.
