What each sells

Carefam

“Hire Clinicians with AI Built for Healthcare.” Sold to hospitals, long-term care and home care employers. AI assistants source candidates, run round-the-clock AI screening calls and auto-credential them. They match, schedule interviews and nudge no-shows. They confirm offers, automate onboarding paperwork and check in with new hires through day 90. Complex or sensitive decisions go to human HR staff. It is not a staffing agency and is free for clinicians. It claims to “reduce time-to-hire by 3X.” [4]

Carefam profile

Metaview

“Metaview is the Agentic Recruiting Platform built for radically efficient hiring, end to end.” It began as an AI interview notetaker that records, transcribes and summarizes interviews, and now sells agents for sourcing, application review, screening, outreach, job posts and reports. Its autonomous outbound agent, fillmore, sources candidates and books screening calls. Buyers are in-house talent teams; it does not sell an ATS or background checks. [5]
