“The Dayforce Agentic HCM Platform” covers HR, pay, time, talent, planning and analytics in one system, sold mainly to mid-size and large employers. Thoma Bravo took it private in February 2026 for about $12.3B. Dayforce AI Agents cover pay, time, content authoring, job descriptions and people analytics. On October 23, 2026 it agreed to buy Ribbon AI, a voice and video AI interviewer, to power a new Agentic Recruiting experience for frontline and high-volume hiring, planned through 2027. [4]
SAP SuccessFactors
SAP’s HCM suite for global enterprises: core HR, payroll, talent and people analytics, with SAP’s Joule copilot and a growing set of Joule Agents. SAP bought SmartRecruiters (“the Recruiting AI Company”) in September 2025 and says SmartRecruiters will replace the SuccessFactors recruiting module over a 3 to 5 year migration.
