“The career network for the AI economy.” Handshake is the early-career hiring network, with 25 million job seekers, 1,600+ university partners and employers including 97% of the Fortune 500. Employers post jobs free and pay for Pro and Enterprise, where Hiring Intelligence sources candidates, sends personalized outreach on the employer’s behalf and adds AI fit signals to applicant review. A second business, Handshake AI, pays a network of experts and students (“188k+ fellows”) for remote projects that train and evaluate AI models. [4]

Indeed is the job site owned by Recruit Holdings that sells sponsored job ads, resume search and screening to employers; “3.5M+ Employers use Indeed to hire.” Its employer AI now includes Talent Scout, a conversational hiring agent; Sourcing Assistant, which finds and invites candidates from more than 380 million sourceable profiles; and Smart Screening, which gives each applicant a 0 to 100 Smart Fit Score against the employer’s criteria.
