What Zoho Recruit sells
“Say hello to your AI-powered, automation-friendly and all-things-recruitment tool - Zoho Recruit.” Zoho’s ATS and recruitment CRM serves corporate HR teams and staffing agencies, with a free trial and paid tiers. Its assistant Zia, built on Zoho’s own Zia LLM, matches candidates and jobs, writes profile summaries, generates assessments, runs a screening bot, and transcribes and summarises one-way and live video interviews. Zoho lists “AI agents” for Recruit as coming soon. [1][2][4][5][6][7][8][9][10]
Its AI. Zia, on Zoho’s native Zia LLM, powers Zia Matches (candidate and job matches with match justification), Profile Summaries, AI-generated assessments, an auto-triggered Screening Bot, and Interview Insights transcripts and summaries for one-way and live video interviews. Zoho’s AI roadmap lists “AI agents” and a scheduling bot as coming soon, and Ask Zia and record summaries as in development. [2]
The AI capabilities it sells today, as the map reads its site: named agents, AI assessments, candidate chat, assistant, job posts and ads, screening and ranking, MCP and agent APIs, interview notes, AI outreach and AI sourcing [2].

| Screen | Core | Decide who moves on: resume review, matching, chat screening, AI interviews, assessments. |
| Interview | Core | Run the interviews: scheduling, interview intelligence, notes, scorecards. |
| Hire | Partial | Close and start: offers, background checks, onboarding, compliance, HR records. |
| Report | Partial | Report on hiring and the workforce: recruiting analytics, people analytics, workforce planning. |
The map’s fit note: General ATS for corporate HR and staffing; a Nursys nurse-licence check is in beta, but there is no hourly, technical or broader compliance evidence. [2]
