Surfacd: Queries report: counts the web searches AI platforms run for tracked prompts

Surfacd added a queries report that counts the web searches ChatGPT, Perplexity and other platforms run before answering, across every answer in the filters: searches per prompt, the most common searches, search rate by platform, and change against the previous period. It is also available through the run_report MCP tool.
