The AI hiring software map

AI hiring compliance

3 companies on the AI hiring software map. Updated .

Compliance tools check the AI that a company uses to hire. They run bias audits, keep a register of the AI systems in use and map each one to the rules that apply. The rules have moved to the states, the map's report finds. California's rules took effect in October 2025, and Illinois's AI law in January 2026.

Warden AI runs independent, ongoing bias audits of AI used in hiring and HR. Credo AI sells an AI governance platform with an AI registry and a policy engine.

AI hiring compliance

  • Credo AI

"AI Governance, Built for the Agentic Era." Credo AI sells an AI governance platform with an AI registry, a risk and control library and a policy engine that turns policy into code. For hiring it offers a Policy Pack for NYC Local Law 144; a GOV.UK case study describes an HR talent-matching startup using it, with human-in-the-loop reviews. Most buyers are large enterprises such as Mastercard and Northrop Grumman, not HR teams. It does not run hiring software.

  • Holistic AI

"AI Governance that Accelerates Transformation." Holistic AI sells an enterprise AI governance platform that finds AI systems, tests them for bias and other risks, and enforces policy. It was an early seller of NYC Local Law 144 bias audits for automated employment decision tools, with a platform that produces the required public Summary of Results. Its customer logos include UKG, Allegis Group and ManpowerGroup. Its 2026 product work is horizontal (agent governance, shadow AI) rather than hiring-specific.
