The AI hiring software map

Sourcing and talent intelligence

21 companies on the AI hiring software map. Updated .

Sourcing tools find people who have not applied. They search hundreds of millions of profiles with plain-language queries, rank the matches and write outreach. Talent intelligence tools add skills data and rediscover past candidates in a company's own database.

SeekOut and hireEZ each search more than 1 billion profiles. Gem, Juicebox and Findem sell AI agents for sourcing. Pearch AI sells candidate search as an API that other hiring software builds on.
