The PR software map
Podcast booking
13 companies on the PR software map. Updated .
Podcast booking tools get a spokesperson onto shows. They search podcast databases for a good fit, find host contacts and send pitches. Some are two-sided directories where hosts and guests find each other. Others are agencies that do the booking for you.
Podchaser and Rephonic sell large podcast databases with contacts and audience data. PodMatch and Talks.co match hosts with guests. Kitcaster is a done-for-you booking agency, and PitchCentric drafts pitches with Claude Haiku 4.5 and sends them from your own inbox.

-
Kitcaster
Done-for-you podcast booking agency, owned by Moburst (Uproar PR division) since April 2025. A named Podcast Agent and Success Director run each campaign, backed by in-house software that surfaces qualified podcast opportunities; entry kit $2,100/month. Also runs a white-label agency channel with fixed-price interview packages for marketing agencies and PR firms.
-
Podchaser
Acast-owned podcast database: reach, demographics, 2M+ contacts, sponsor data and podcast mention alerts.
-
RadioGuestList.com
"For podcasters, by podcasters, since 2008." A free-to-join radio and podcast guest booking service. Show hosts and producers post Guest Requests, and experts, authors and PR firms get them by email on Mondays, Wednesdays and some Fridays, with the show's contact details on the site. Paid Premium editions send twice as many requests eight hours earlier (all requests, seven topic lists, or a weekly digest), and experts can pay to be a Featured Guest Expert with a profile page and email blasts. It does not write pitches, sell a journalist database or monitor coverage.
-
Rephonic
A 4M+ podcast database with audience estimates and contacts, plus pitch templates and a connected outreach inbox.
-
CastFox
Podcast research and AI pitching over a 5M+ show index and 4M+ verified contacts. Search and pitch only: its alerts cover new episodes from shows you already track, not coverage of you.
-
Interview Valet
Done-for-you podcast interview marketing for executives: show targeting, host introductions, booking and prep by its team; no self-serve tool. The site says explicitly it is not a podcast booking agency.
-
PitchCentric
"finding shows, scoring them, writing the pitch, and sending it out from the same workspace." Podcast booking across 800K+ bookability-scored shows (the site also cites a broader 4M-show searchable catalog on its MCP page); pitches drafted by Claude Haiku 4.5 and sent from your own inbox, also reachable over MCP. Built by Centric Labs.
-
PodGuestAI
"SmartMatch, Score, and Pitch you to the podcasts most likely to move the needle. On Autopilot." Ten matched shows a week, pitched and followed up without per-pitch approval. Sold by Podcast-in-a-Box, a podcast production agency.
-
PodMatch
Two-sided matching between hosts and guests.
-
PodPitch
"Make money from your inbox." Podcasts, journalists and Substacks pitched from your own email or managed warmed inboxes; acquired Magic Pitch in 2026, bundled into every account. Legacy done-for-you Concierge tiers ($999-$1999/mo) may be discontinued; they are not shown on the current site.
-
PodPitchr
Offline since at least 2026-09-29 (site returns HTTP 503). "Follow-ups on autopilot." Podcasts, award programmes and speaking events in one daily feed; drafted in the user's voice and sent from their inbox, but only after they pressed send. Historical description, unverifiable while the site is down.
-
Podseeker
Podcast database with client-fit recommendations, AI pitch drafts, sending from your own mailbox and reply tracking.
-
Talks.co
"The expert directory for media": a two-sided podcast guest/host matching directory: AI match suggestions, filtered search and in-app connection requests, mostly used to get booked on podcasts.
