The PR software map
PR suites
13 companies on the PR software map. Updated .
A PR suite puts most of the PR job in one product. It usually combines a media database, pitching, press release distribution, media monitoring and reports, so contacts, coverage and results sit in one place.
Cision, Meltwater and Muck Rack are in this group. Many suites now add AI on top. Muck Rack sells named agents such as a Media List Agent, and CisionOne adds a dashboard for AI visibility.
Companies that offer media monitoring shows which media monitoring tools and PR suites offer an API, an MCP server, an agent skill or a plugin, and what each has shipped.
